8-1-2: MOTOR VEHICLE STATUTES ADOPTED:
   A.   Generally:
      1.   There is hereby adopted by the city the following chapters of title 47, Motor Vehicles, of the Oklahoma Statutes, and all subsequent amendments thereto:
Chapter 1; chapters 6, 7, and 8; chapters 10 through 16, inclusive; chapter 19; chapter 40; chapters 53 and 54; chapter 65; chapter 67; chapters 70, 71, and 72, inclusive; chapter 74, sections 1101; 1102; 1148; 1151 A1 through A13, C, D, E, G, H, and I.
      2.   One copy of title 47, motor vehicles, of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall be and remain on file in the office of the city clerk, and said applicable chapters of title 47, motor vehicles, provides the set of rules regulating the acts of persons owning, or in charge of, operating or riding in motor vehicles, moving or standing, as well as pedestrians and other users of the highway and are hereby adopted and incorporated herein, along with all subsequent amendments thereto as if set out at length herein.
