7-3-11: INSPECTION OF AREA WHERE ANIMALS KEPT:

The animal control officer, upon complaint of any person, shall inspect the structure or area in which any animal or animals are kept and may do so upon his own initiative. He may make a complaint before the municipal court against any person for violation of any provision of this chapter. (1980 Code § 7-2)
