A. Prohibition: Bow hunting, whether by traditional archery equipment consisting of a bow and arrow or by crossbow, of animal or fowl within the city is hereby prohibited. Likewise, occupancy of a blind, stand, tree stand or tree in possession of archery equipment or crossbow is hereby prohibited.
B. Violation: Violation hereof shall be an offense punishable consistent with the jurisdictional limits of the municipal court. (Ord. 5971, 4-22-2002)
