It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any of the following conduct or acts around any of the schools or school grounds or streets and alleys adjacent to said schools in the city:
A. Loitering by any person not having lawful business in connection with the school or employees thereof.
B. Any conduct that would disturb the orderly conduct of the school.
C. Annoy or molest any student or employee of the school.
D. Lewd or wanton conduct.
E. Move or park any vehicle in the vicinity of any school for the purpose of annoying or molesting any student or employee of the school. (1980 Code § 22-112)
