6-1-4: PROCEDURES CUMULATIVE:

The various procedures for abating nuisances prescribed by this chapter and by other provisions of law and ordinance shall be cumulative one to the other; and the city may elect to follow any such procedure which is applicable in abating any particular nuisance. (1980 Code § 21-4)
