There are hereby adopted by reference, and made a part of this Code, the Oklahoma State Statutes defining and regulating the sale and consumption of alcohol as set out in title 37 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Any violation thereof which constitutes a misdemeanor thereunder shall be an offense punishable within the jurisdictional limits of the Municipal Court. (Ord. 6128, 8-23-2010)
