A. Public Construction For City: All public construction contracts for the city shall be let and awarded according to the public competitive bidding act of 1974 and any amendments thereto as codified in 61 Oklahoma Statutes section 101 et seq.
B. Public Trust Contracts: All contracts for construction, labor, equipment, materials or repairs for any public trust of the city shall be let and awarded according to the procedure codified in 60 Oklahoma Statutes section 176 and any amendments thereto.
C. Other Contracts Or Purchases: All contracts or purchases not otherwise applicable to subsection A or B of this section shall be instituted according to other applicable state law or standard operating procedure (SOP) as established by the city manager. (Ord. 5975, 6-14-2002)
