The following boards and city staff have powers and responsibilities in administering and reviewing applications for a development permit under this Code:
A. City Commission;
B. Zoning Board of Appeals;
C. Planning and Zoning Board;
D. Architectural Appearance Committee;
E. Historic Preservation Committee; and
F. City Staff, including the:
1. Development Services Director;
2. Development Review Committee; and
3. City Attorney.
