§ 91.16 HILLSBORO INLET PARK; PUBLIC SWIM AREA.
   (A)   (1)   A public swim area is established in a portion of Wahoo Bay adjacent to Hillsboro Inlet Park. Said swim area will be marked by Florida uniform marked buoys located along the perimeter of the pubic swim area.
      (2)   The public swim area is more specifically described as follows:
         South side perimeter: 26.260207 N. 80.083918 W. to 26.260034 N. 80.083484 W. = 153' Total
         East, southeast: 26.260034 N. 80.083484 W. to 26.260343 N. 80.083355 W. = 120' Total
         East, northeast side perimeter: 26.260584 N. 80.083519 W. to 26.260343 N. 80.083355 W. = 95' Total
         West side: 26.260584 N. 80.083519 W. to 26.260491 N. 80.083675 W. to 26.260330 N. 80.083836 W. to 26.260207 N. 80.083918 W. = 205' Total
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, pilot or launch any boat, vessel or watercraft within the marked boating restricted area adjacent to Hillsboro Inlet Park as established and set forth above in subsection (A). Violations of this subsection are punishable under § 10.99.
