(A) There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Public Art Fund.
(B) The appropriation to the Public Art Fund shall be determined in conjunction with the Ten-Year Art Master Plan adopted by the City Commission and may be periodically adjusted where projects are added or modified, but not more than on an annual basis. Despite any such adjustments, a minimum of $200,000 annually shall be appropriated as part of the annual budget process.
