The Development Services Department shall inspect each sign to insure compliance with this chapter and with the sign code compliance permit, on request for final inspection. The Development Services Department may require an on-site inspection of a sign prior to the installation of the sign when the sign is inaccessible due to height or location. This condition shall be so stated on the sign code compliance permit.
