§ 153.35 RESPONSIBILITIES OF OCCUPANTS.
   Every occupant of a rental unit shall be responsible for the following:
   (A)   To keep that part of the rental unit and/or premises he or she occupies and/or controls or uses in a clean and sanitary condition.
   (B)   To keep all the equipment, sanitary facilities, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and appliances within the rental unit he or she occupies and/or controls in a clean and sanitary condition and to exercise reasonable care in the proper use and operation thereof.
   (C)   To remove from the dwelling and properly dispose of rubbish, garbage, refuse and other waste material as provided by law or ordinance, and in a clean and sanitary manner.
   (D)   Use and operate in a reasonable manner all electrical plumbing, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and other facilities and appliances, including elevators.
   (E)   Conduct himself or herself, and require other persons on the premises with his or her consent, to conduct themselves in a manner that does not unreasonably disturb the tenant's neighbors or constitute a breach of the peace.
   (F)   Not allow animals or pets to be kept in any rental unit or on any premises in such a manner as to create unsanitary conditions or be in violation of local ordinances.
   (G)   Not to destroy, deface, damage, impair or remove any part of the premises or property under the control of the occupant and which belongs to the landlord.
