§ 153.21 MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.
   All buildings and structures governed by this chapter shall be maintained in accordance with the following minimum standards and the standards contained in § 96.26:
   (A)   All buildings and structures shall be properly maintained and kept in a good state of repair so as not to create a nuisance or hazard to the public.
   (B)   All buildings and structures shall be structurally sound and show no signs of decay, dilapidation or deterioration that may affect structural integrity.
   (C)   All buildings and structures shall be kept free of any infestation of insects, rodents or vermin, which causes a hazard to the occupants of the property or the neighborhood.
