(A) Where provisions are made for the installation or connection of certain items, equipment or facilities the standards established by the South Florida Building Code and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) shall apply unless the context clearly indicates a different standard.
(B) This Rental Housing Code shall also be considered the “Minimum Housing Code” of the City of Pompano Beach for those purposes provided for in the Florida Building Code.
