CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 152.54 SCOPE.
   The program shall be administered on a per-unit basis. For the purpose of this section of the program, "per-unit" means each unit built, except that any multi-family dwelling or similarly clustered structure may count as one unit, as determined by the City Manager or his or her designee.
