(A) Minimum fee for maintenance presale and specialty inspections shall be $80.00 per hour for each electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural inspection which is conducted; $60.00 per each additional hour or part thereof as required by the Florida Building Code.
(B) Enforcement fees: Inspections of vacant, boarded- up/secure structures and/or unsafe buildings or structures (as per Section 116 of the Florida Building Code, Broward County Administrative Provisions) shall be a minimum $20.00 per quarter hour.
