§ 133.13 SALES OF CIGARETTES TO MINORS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, barter, or give to any person under the age of 21 years in the city, cigarettes, cigarette papers, or wrappers, or to procure in the city any cigarettes, cigarette papers, or wrappers for any person under age of 21 years in the city, or to persuade, advise, counsel, or compel such a person to smoke a cigarette.
