§ 132.21 RESISTING ARREST.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or resist a police officer of the city in making or attempting to make a lawful arrest or resist any person called upon by an officer to aid in making an arrest or in serving or attempting to serve any legal process. It shall be unlawful to knowingly give false, untrue, or misleading information upon inquiry by an officer of the city regarding the whereabouts or identity of a person for whom an officer has a warrant, or in performing or attempting to perform his official duty, whether the person is acting as a principal or an accessory.
