§ 132.05 FAILURE TO REGISTER.

Whoever is required to register under the terms of this subchapter and fails to do so, or fails to furnish the sworn affidavit required under § 132.01, or fails to inform the registration officer of any change of address as required by § 132.01, within 12 hours after arrival within the city limits, shall be punished.
