§ 131.20 REPAIRS ON VACANT PROPERTY.

(A) No person shall repair, disassemble, assemble, or perform any type of work or maintenance on any motor vehicle or equipment on vacant, unoccupied, or unimproved property within the city.

(B) The maintenance or temporary repair of motor vehicles or equipment currently utilized for construction on, or development of, such a property, shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
