§ 131.13 SPITTING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate upon the sidewalks or in public buildings or places within the limits of the city. PUBLIC BUILDINGS OR PLACES under this section shall be construed to mean any buildings or places where persons congregate for worship, business, or amusement.
