CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 114.02 RECORDED EASEMENT REQUIRED.
   Unless a right-of-way or easement is recorded with the city, it shall not be permissible to install any sewer or drain from any building or premises across any adjacent property or premises even though at the time of the proposed installation the adjacent properties are under common ownership.
