Fish must be kept in a separate box provided for the retention of seafoods only. Any place where articles other than fish are sold or dispensed shall provide a separate and distinct cleaning block for the preparation of seafood. Under no condition shall seafood be allowed to be cleaned or dressed on blocks provided for the cutting of meats or any other articles which might have to be divided.
