§ 112.02 PERMIT FOR SALE.

A permit from the Health Department shall be necessary before any person will be permitted to sell fresh fish or their products. Any persons or firms doing so without proper permits, which must be displayed at all times for the customer's inspection, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
