(A) No vendor or retail business authorized under the provisions of the state beverage law to sell, offer for sale, deliver, or otherwise distribute alcoholic beverages, for consumption off the premises only, nor any employee thereof, shall sell, offer for sale, deliver, or otherwise distribute any alcoholic beverage on any day between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(B) No vendor or retail business authorized under the provisions of the state beverage law to sell, offer for sale, deliver, or otherwise distribute alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, nor any employee thereof, shall allow the establishment to be open for business on any day between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., nor allow any customer, patron, or other person, except employees, to remain upon the premises during the aforementioned hours.
(C) Notwithstanding any provision in this section to the contrary, any business in Pompano Beach that maintains a pari-mutuel permit under F.S. Chapter 550, and a valid Slot Machine Operators License under F.S. Chapter 551, shall be permitted to offer and/or sell alcoholic beverages under their existing liquor license on the premises during the hours that slot machine gaming is allowed under F.S. § 551.116.
