Six or more alarm incidents at any location within a calendar year shall constitute a violation of this chapter for the sixth incident, and each subsequent occurrence within the then current calendar year. The property owner or other responsible party shall be subject to prosecution before a Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement, or in the Broward County Court. In addition, the aforementioned penalties shall not preclude the city from pursuing other available legal remedies it deems appropriate to prevent further incidents.
