CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 102.13 JURISDICTION OF THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT.
   In addition to any and all penalties provided for herein, any violation of this chapter may be prosecuted before the Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement by either the Broward County Sheriff's Office, the City of Pompano Beach Fire Department, or Building Department.
