§ 100.36 BUILDING CONTRACTORS CLOSING STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any contractor, builder, or other person engaged in the erection or construction of any building or structure to close or obstruct any street or portion thereof without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Public Works or other designated city official or employee to do so.
