§ 100.33 ADOPTION OF LOW-IMPACT MARKING PRACTICES.
   The city adopts F.S. § 556.114 requiring the use of low-impact marking practices to identify underground facilities within streets, rights-of-way and other public and private property within the city. The city also incorporates all definitions, provisions and standards contained within F.S. Ch. 556, the "Underground Facility Damage Prevention and Safety Act, including, but not limited to, the penalties and procedures for violations of said chapter.
