§ 100.24 MINIMUM PAVING WIDTH.
   (A)   The minimum width of paving of all new streets or reconditioned streets shall be as follows.
      (1)   The minimum width of street surface on all primary, business, through, or boulevard streets shall be determined by the City Engineer.
      (2)   The minimum width of pavement surface on all secondary (residential) streets shall be 22 feet.
      (3)   The minimum width of pavement on any double-lane street with a parkway in the center shall be 22 feet for each lane.
      (4)   The minimum width of paving on all alleys shall be according to the form and specifications approved by the City Engineer.

   (B)   Any new street that is an extension of an existing street shall have the same width as the existing street; however, it must meet the minimum requirement set forth in § 100.01 and division (A) above.
