The following street center lines are established.
(A) State Road 814 (Atlantic Boulevard) west from Old Dixie Highway (State Road 811) to west city limits. Commence at the southwest corner of Section 34, Township 48 south, Range 42 east; then north 88° 54' 24" east along the south line of Section 34, 2,015 feet more or less to the southeast corner of lot 8, block 8, Seaboard Highlands Addition, according to plat book 19, page 13 of the public records of Broward County; then North 1° 22' 11" west 28.10 feet to the point of beginning; then north 88° 53' 52" east 660.85 feet; then north 88° 51' 15" east, 1,240.34 feet; then north 89° 12' 25" east, 777.90 feet, then north 88° 56' 47" east, 1,280.32 feet, then north 89° 16' 40" east, 1,404.97 feet, then north 89° 36' 42" east 343.79 feet, then north 84° 12' 50" east, 381.86 feet, then south 88° 32' 19" east, 77.05 feet, then south 89° 26' 36" east to the center line of Old Dixie Highway and the end of this center line.
(B) S.E. 15th Street (McNab Road) from the west right-of-way line of Federal Highway (U.S. No. 1) west to the center line of Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Canal C-14. Beginning at a point on the west right-of-way line of Federal Highway (U.S. No. 1), the point being the intersection of the west right-of-way line of Federal Highway (U.S. No. 1) and the north line of Section 12, Township 49 south, Range 42 east; then run westerly along the north line of Section 12 to the intersection with the center line of S.E. 7th Avenue as shown on the plat of Cypress Lake, plat book 40, page 21, of the public records of Broward County; then run westerly to a point on the east line of the northwest 1/4 of Section 12, the point lying five feet south of the north line of Section 12; then run westerly along a line lying five feet south of, and parallel to the north line of Section 12 to an intersection with the center line of Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Canal C-14.
(1) That portion of S.E. and S.W. 15th Street (McNab Road) lying within the city limits from the center line of Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Canal C-14, lying in Section 12, Township 49 south, Range 42 east, westerly to Old Dixie Highway (State Road 811). Beginning at a point on the center line of the Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Canal C-14; the point lying five feet south of the north line of Section 12, Township 49 south, Range 42 east, run westerly on a line five feet southerly of and parallel to the north line of Section 12 to the west right-of-way line of C-14; then run westerly a distance of 894.44 feet to the northwest corner of Section 12; then run westerly along the north line of Section 11, Township 49, Range 42 east, to an intersection with a northerly projection of the west line of the subdivision of Boulevard Park Isles Section Four as described in plat book 53 at page 39 of the public records of Broward County; then run westerly a distance of 673 feet, more or less, to an intersection with a southerly projection of the west line of the subdivision of Lyons Park First Addition, as recorded in plat book 40 at page 2 of the public records of Broward County, the point of intersection lying 5.19 feet south of the north line of Section 11 along the projection. Then run westerly to a point on the east right-of-way line of Old Dixie Highway (State Road 811), the point lying five feet south of the north boundary of Section 11, Township 49 south, Range 42 east.
(2) That portion of S.W. 15th Street (McNab Road), lying within the city limits, from the west right-of-way line of Old Dixie Highway westerly to Decker Road.
Beginning at a point on the west right-of-way line of Old Dixie Highway, the point lying 15 feet south of the north boundary of Section 11, Township 49 south, Range 42 east, run westerly along a line 15 feet south of and parallel to the North boundary to the west boundary of Section 11. Then run westerly to the point of intersection of the center line of S.W. 12th Avenue (Andrews Avenue) and the south boundary of Section 3, Township 49 south, Range 42 east; then run westerly along the south boundary of Sections 3 and 4, Township 49 south, Range 42 east, to the southwest corner of Section 4.
(C) N.W. 8th Street from Dixie Highway (State Road 811) west to N.W. 12th Terrace. Beginning at a point on the west right-of-way line of Dixie Highway (State Road 811), the point being the intersection of the west right-of-way line of Dixie Highway (State Road 811) and the north line of the southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 48 south, Range 42 east; then run westerly along the north line of the south half of Sections 35 and 34, both in Township 48 south, Range 42 east, to an intersection with the east right-of-way line of N.W. 12th Terrace, as N.W. 12th Terrace is now located, constructed and used.
(D) Hammondville Road from Dixie Highway (State Road 811) westerly to the west city limits. From the west city limits to a point on the west line of Section 35, Township 48 south, Range 42 east, Broward County, the point lying 992.01 feet north of the southwest corner of Section 35, the center line shall be shown on State Road Department Map No. 86130-2002, sheet 3 of 4, which is made a part hereof as if set forth in full herein; from the point on the west boundary of Section 35, run along a line being the center line of right-of-way, north 89° 25' 26" east a distance of 515.48 feet; then along a line being the center line of right-of-way, south 89° 29' 42" east a distance of 483.97 feet; then north 88° 36' 38" east a distance of 499.52 feet; then south 89° 43' 34" east a distance of 499.83 feet; then north 88° 36' 38" east a distance of 666.08 feet to a point on the east boundary of the southwest 1/4 of Section 35, the point being 972.64 feet north of the southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35; then north 89° 25' 26" east a distance of 514.72 feet to the west right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad.
(E) N.W. 6th Avenue from the north right-of-way line of Atlantic Boulevard to the south boundary of Liberty Park Subdivision. Beginning at a point on the south boundary of the plat of Liberty Park Estates, Section 1, as shown in plat book 52, page 27, of the public records of Broward County, the point being the center of N.W. 6th Avenue, then run southerly on a line connecting the point with the center of N.W. 6th Avenue lying on the north boundary of the plat of Sanders Park as shown in plat book 31, page 49, of the public records of Broward County; then run southerly along the center line of N.W. 6th Avenue as shown on the plat of Sanders Park to the southern boundary of the plat; then continue southerly to a point on the north boundary of the plat of Warrington Re-Subdivision as shown in plat book 16, page 34 of the public records of Broward County, the point lying 153.86 feet east of the north-south center line of the northwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 48 south, Range 42 east; then continue southerly to a point on the south boundary of Warrington Re-Subdivision, the point lying 166.65 feet east of the north-south center line of the northwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 48 south, Range 42 east; then continue southerly to a point on the north boundary of the plat of Pinewood Heights as recorded in plat book 23, page 23, of the public records of Broward County, the point being the center line of N.W. 4th Avenue (now known as N.W. 6th Avenue) as shown on the plat; then continue southerly along the center line of N.W. 4th Avenue (now known as N.W. 6th Avenue) as shown on the plat of Pinewood Heights to the south boundary of the plat of Pinewood Heights; then continue southerly along the center line of N.W. 4th Avenue (now known as N.W. 6th Avenue) between blocks 1 and 2 of the plat of J.J. Hogan's Subdivision as recorded in plat book 5, page 5, of the public records of Broward County, to the south boundary thereof; then continue southerly to a point on the north boundary of the plat of Beville and Saxon's Colored Addition, as recorded in plat book 3, page 2, of the public records of Broward County, the point lying on a line with the north boundary of lot 10 and 16.5 feet east of the northeast corner of lot 10; then continue southerly along the center line of N.W. 4th Avenue (now known as N.W. 6th Avenue) between blocks 2 and 3 of Beville and Saxon's Colored Addition to the southern boundary of the Subdivision; then continue southerly in the same direction to a point of intersection with the north boundary of West Atlantic Boulevard.
(F) S.W. 12th Avenue from Atlantic Boulevard south to S.W. 3rd Street (also known as Racetrack Road). Beginning at a point on the north boundary of Section 2, Township 49 south, Range 42 east, the point being the point of intersection with the center line of N.W. 12th Avenue, as presently established, lying 910.20 feet bearing north 89° 02' 31" east (per U.S.C. and G.S.) of the northwest corner of Section 2, run southerly along a line bearing south 00° 57' 29" east from the north boundary, a distance of 45 feet to the point of curvature of a circular curb to the right having a radius of 450 feet, an interior angle of 46° 39' 00" for an arc distance of 366.39 feet to the point of tangency with a line bearing south 45° 41' 31" west; then continue southwesterly along the line a distance of 355.33 feet to the point of curvature of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 450 feet and an interior angle of 48° 43' 28", plus or minus, for an arc distance of 382.68 feet to the point of tangency with a line parallel to and 50 feet easterly of the west right-of-way line for S.W. 12th Avenue as shown on the plat of Pompano Terminal, as recorded in plat book 54, page 11, of the public records of Broward County; then continue southerly along a line parallel to and 50 feet east of the west right-of-way of S.W. 12th Avenue, as shown on the plat, to an intersection with the south line of government lot 4 of Section 2, Township 49 south, Range 42 east.
(G) N.W. 12th Avenue from the north right-of-way line of Atlantic Boulevard to the north city limits. Beginning at a point on the north right-of-way line of Atlantic Boulevard, the point lying 209.52 feet west of the east boundary of the west 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 48 south, Range 42 east, run northerly along a line parallel to and 209.52 feet westerly of the east boundary to the point of curvature of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 340 feet, an interior angle of 26° 13' 55" (the point of curvature lying 124.28 feet south of the intersection of the northward projection of this center line with the center line of right-of-way for Hammondville Road); then run along the circular curve to the left for an arc distance of 155.66 feet to the point of reverse curvature of a circular curve to the right (the point of reverse curvature being also the point of intersection of the center line of Hammondville Road right-of-way and the center line for N.W. 12th Avenue); then run northerly along the circular curve to the right having a radius of 340 feet and an interior angle of 26° 18' 13" for an arc distance of 156.09 feet to the point of tangency with a line running parallel to and 40 feet easterly of the west right-of-way line of N.W. 12th Avenue, as it is now located, constructed, and used; then run northerly along the line parallel to and 40 feet easterly of the west right-of-way line of N.W. 12th Avenue, a distance of 454.38 feet to the point of curvature of a circular curve to the right having a radius of 340 feet and an interior angle of 18° 49' 58" for an arc distance of 111.75 feet to the point of tangency with a line running northeasterly at an angle of 71° 56' 22" with the center line of N.W. 6th Street which center line is parallel to and 10.0 feet northerly of the south boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 48 south, Range 42 east, the point of tangency also being on the center line of N.W. 6th Street; then run northeasterly along the tangent line for a distance of 150.85 feet to the point of curvature of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 340 feet and an interior angle of 18° 48' 30" for an arc distance of 111.60 feet to the point of tangency with the center line of N.W. 12th Avenue as it is now located, constructed, and used; then run northerly along the center line to a point on the north boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 48 south, Range 42 east, the point lying 475.00 feet easterly of the west boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 48 south, Range 42 east; then from a point on the north boundary lying 485.00 feet easterly of the northwest corner of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34 (the point being offset 10 feet easterly from the point mentioned in the preceding line of the center line - there being a ten-foot jog in the center line at this point) run northerly along a line parallel to and 485.00 feet easterly of the west boundary of the west 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 34, to a point on the north boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 34; then run northerly from the point on the north boundary to a point on the north boundary of Section 34, the point lying 166.97 feet westerly of the northeast corner of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 34 (the point also lying on the south boundary of Section 27, Township 48 south, Range 42 east); then run northerly from the point on the south boundary of Section 27 along the center line of N.W. 12th Avenue as shown on the plat of Enterprise Industrial Center as recorded in plat book 58, page 4, of the public records of Broward County, to the northern boundary of the plat.
(H) North 10th Street from N.W. 3rd Avenue to N.E. 3rd Avenue. Beginning at the southwest corner of the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 48 south, Range 42 east, run northerly along the west boundary of the northeast 1/4 a distance of 160 feet to a point of beginning; then run easterly along a line parallel to and 25 feet south of the south boundary of blocks 3 and 2 of the amended plat of blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Monticello Park, as recorded in plat book 16, page 21 of the public records of Broward County, to a point on the southerly projection of the boundary between lots 19 and 20 of block 2 of the amended plat, the point being the point of curvature of a circular curve to the right having a radius of 250 feet; then run easterly along the circular curve to the right to the point of tangency with a line and continuing easterly along the line which line is also tangent to a circular curve to the left having a radius of 250 feet and whose center is located on a line parallel to the west boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 and 250 feet north of a point on the south boundary of the northwest 1/4, the point being 263.88 feet east of the east right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast R.R., and the point being also the point of tangency of the circular curve; then continue easterly along the line to the point of curvature with the circular curve to the left, continuing along the circular curve to the point of tangency with the south boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 35 and continuing easterly along the south boundary to the southeast corner of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 35. This ending lies at the intersection with N.E. 3rd Avenue.
(I) N.W. 6th Street. Beginning at a point on the north right-of-way line of Hammondville Road, the point lying 195.65 feet northwesterly along the right-of-way line from its intersection with the east boundary of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 48 south, Range 42 east, run northeasterly along a line perpendicular to the right-of-way line a distance of 129.11 feet to the point of curvature of a circular curve to the right having a radius of 300 feet for an arc distance of 280 feet, more or less, to the point of tangency with a line parallel to and ten feet north of the south boundary of the north 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34; then continue easterly along the line parallel to and ten feet north of the south boundary of the north 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 to a point on the west boundary of the east 1/2 of the east 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4; then continue easterly along a line connecting the point on the west boundary with a point lying on the south boundary of the north 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34, where the south boundary is intersected by a projection southward of the east boundary of lot 1 of block 1 of Scotts Park First Addition as recorded in plat book 23, page 44, of the public records of Broward County; then continue easterly along the south boundary of the north 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 34, and along the south boundary of the north 1/4 of the south 1/2 of Section 35, Township 48 south, Range 42 east, to a point of intersection with the west right-of-way line of Dixie Highway, State Road 811.
(J) N.E. 12th Street from N.E. 28th Avenue east to within 110 feet of the west line of the Intracoastal Waterway. Beginning at a point which lies at the intersection of the west boundary of the east 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 48 south, Range 43 east and the north boundary of Section 30, run easterly along the north boundary to a point 110 feet west of the west boundary of the Intracoastal Waterway.
(K) N.W. 7th Terrace from N.W. 15th Street north to N.W. 17th Street. Beginning at a point on the north boundary of the southwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 48 south, Range 42 east, the point being 165 feet easterly of the west boundary of Section 26, run southerly along a line parallel to and 165 feet easterly of the west boundary of section 26 to a point on the south boundary of Section 26.
(L) That portion of S.W. Third Street (Racetrack Road), lying within the city limits, from South Cypress Road to Decker Road. Beginning at the west right-of-way line of South Cypress Road, run westerly along the south boundary of government lots l through 4 of sections 2, 3, and 4, Township 49 south, Range 42 east, inclusively, to the west boundary of Section 4 (Decker Road).
(M) That portion of Decker Road, lying within the city limits from Atlantic Boulevard south to the south boundary of Section 4, Township 49 south, Range 42 east (S.W. 15th Street - McNab Road). Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 4, Township 49 south, Range 42 east, run southerly along the west boundary of Section 4 (S.W. 15th Street - McNab Road).
(N) A-1-A from Atlantic Boulevard to the south city limits. A strip of land 80 feet wide located in Township 49 south, Range 43 east, Broward County, being 40 feet on each side of the following center line. Begin at the intersection of the north boundary of Section 5, Township 49 south, Range 43 east, and the center line of Ocean Boulevard according to the plat of Blount Bros. Realty Co's. Subdivision, recorded in plat book 2, page 43, of the public records of Broward County; then run south 4° 00' 34" west, along the center line, a distance of 1699.84 feet; then south 0° 45' 00" east along the center line, a distance of 660.02 feet; then south l° 06' 54" west, along the center line, a distance of 828.41 feet; then south 0° 57' 14" west along the center line, a distance of 230.60 feet; then south 0° 30' 56" east along the center line, a distant of 312.64 feet; then south 0° 39' 24" east, along the center line, a distance of 194.55 feet to the point of curve of a curve to the right having a radius of 1535 feet; then along the arc of the curve through a central angle of 10° 02' 06", a distance of 268.85 feet to the southern boundary of the city.
