§ 100.05 DAMAGING PAVEMENT; INTERFERING WITH STREET SIGNS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or damage in any way or manner, any pavement, curbing, or sidewalk in the city. ('58 Code, § 44.06)
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place or cause to be placed any sign designating a street, avenue, or other public place by a different name than that by which it is generally and legally known, or refuse to remove the sign from their property when requested to do so by an officer of the city.    (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully and maliciously damage, deface, or remove any of the street signs posted at or near the corner of the streets in the city. ('58 Code, § 44.12)
