CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 98.69 CONTROVERSIES.
   The City Manager or his delegated subordinate shall have the authority to settle any controversies among persons at the Sand and Spurs Stables, and his decision in such matters shall be final and binding on all parties.
