Any individual or organization using a recreation center shall be responsible for any damage that may occur during the use of the premises, either to the premises or to a person using them. The individual or organization using a recreation center shall indemnify and hold harmless the city from any liability whatever arising out of the use of the buildings or facilities by that individual or organization.
