§ 98.41 AUTHORITY TO EVICT.

The Recreation Programs Administrator, Golf Course Manager or his or her designee is hereby given authority to evict any person committing an offense or doing any unlawful act upon the Pompano Beach Golf Course or adjacent areas, or any person violating the rules and regulations of said facility.
