(A) The City Manager or designee is hereby empowered to establish all fees to be charged for the use of the city’s Golf Course. In establishing the fees, the City Manager or designee shall consider the following factors:
(1) Fees charged for use of Golf Course facilities or similar facilities by the city and/or other governmental entities; and
(2) Cost of operation and maintenance of the facility or service for which the fee is to be charged.
The List of established Golf Course fees shall be kept in writing and on file at the Golf Course.
(B) Rain check policy.
(1) Persons requesting a rain check for play interrupted by inclement weather shall present to the cashier a register receipt and score card. Rain checks will be issued as follows:
(a) 18 hole with cart:
9 holes or less were played - 18 hole rain check.
(b) 9 holes with cart:
4 holes or less were played - 9 hole rain check.
(c) Walking:
9 holes or less were played - 18 hole rain check.
(2) Rain checks will not be issued on rain checks. No rain check will be issued on twilight fees.
(3) In cases of injury or illness, the Recreation Programs Administrator, golf professional or their designee shall issue rain checks at his discretion. Only the individual who is injured or ill shall be eligible for a rain check.
(C) Lost card. Lost cards will be replaced upon payment of a replacement fee.
