(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to come on the municipal recreational or cultural facilities of the city while intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicating beverages, drugs or other substances to such an extent that their normal faculties are impaired. (‘58 Code, § 33.044)
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to come on the municipal recreational or cultural facilities of the city either in the daytime or at night while nude. (‘58 Code, § 33.045)
