Board-up permit shall not be required in the following circumstances:
(A) Temporary emergency situations, including, but not limited to, damage caused by vandalism, theft or weather and hurricane preparation, but not longer than three months.
(B) Seasonal residences, provided, however, that the property comply with Chapter 23 of the South Florida Building Code.
