(A) In addition to all other remedies and penalties available under other sections of this Code or under other laws, any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this Code is guilty of an offense for each day such violation continues, and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99, "General Penalty", of this Code.
(B) In addition to all other remedies and penalties available under other sections of this Code, or under other laws, any violation of this chapter may be enforced by injunction issued by the court upon a suit brought by the city.
