§ 94.01 MAYOR'S AUTHORITY TO DECLARE EMERGENCY.
   Pursuant to F.S. Chapter 252, whenever there shall occur within the city a natural or manmade disaster or emergency, or the occurrence or threat of one that is imminent and requires immediate and expeditious action, the Mayor, or in the event of his inability to act, the Vice-Mayor is designated and empowered to declare a state of emergency.
