The Pompano Beach Air Park shall be open to all transient traffic. Any commercial airline operations, scheduled or non-scheduled, must receive prior written approval of the City Commission. All operators using the Pompano Beach Air Park will be governed by the airport rules and regulations of the city as well as of the Federal Aviation Administration. No aircraft, helicopter, or air vehicle shall land or take off from any land area within the city limits other than at the Pompano Beach Air Park.
