CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 92.56 CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF PLOT OWNERS.
   It shall be the duty of the burial right owner to notify the management of any change in his post office address. Notice sent to a burial right owner at the last address on file with the custodian of the records of the municipal cemetery shall be considered sufficient and proper legal notification.
