CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 92.49 CEMETERY PROPERTY TO BE USED.
   Tents, artificial grass, lowering devices, and other equipment owned by the city in connection with the operation of the municipal cemetery shall be used exclusively in making interments, and may be used upon request for cremation interments when the proper fee has been paid.
