§ 91.20 SKIING UNDER INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR LIQUOR.

No person shall manipulate from a motorboat any water skis, aquaplane, or similar device while intoxicated or under the influence of any narcotic drug, barbiturate, or marijuana, to the extent that his normal faculties are impaired.
