§ 91.15 ESQUIRE LAKE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, pilot or launch any motorized boat, vessel or watercraft on the city-owned lake commonly known as Esquire Lake. However, wind-driven, paddle-driven and other non- motorized watercraft may be launched, piloted or operated on the said lake at users own risk.

(B) Esquire Lake is located generally west of Powerline Road, east of Northwest 23rd Terrace and south of Northwest 10th Court.
