CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 91.06 SAFETY INSPECTIONS.
   No officer shall board any vessel to make a safety inspection without the consent of the owner, or operator if the owner is not aboard, except when he has knowledge that a violation of this chapter has occurred or is being committed.
