(A) This title may be known and cited as the Uniform Traffic Provisions Chapter of the Pompano Beach Code of Ordinances and is supplemental to F.S. Ch. 316, known as the Florida Uniform Traffic Control Law, which contains other traffic laws and procedures applicable to local governments.
(B) The “Florida Uniform Traffic Control Law,” Chapter 316, Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set out herein, and shall be effective within the municipal limits of the city.
