CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 34.124 EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS.
   Emergency appointments may be made by the City Manager in case of riot, conflagrations, or other emergency which threatens life, property, or the general welfare of the city. These appointments shall continue only during the period of the emergency and shall not continue longer than 30 calendar days.
