CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
§ 34.120 NONASSEMBLED EXAMINATIONS.
   Whenever the Personnel Director determines that possible new employee applicants are not available in sufficient numbers to justify holding assembled examinations, he may conduct examinations for the positions on a continuous nonassembled basis. This does not apply to promotional examinations.
