§ 34.115 REINSTATED EMPLOYEES.
   An employee who is reemployed or reinstated to his former position, or to a position in the same pay grade, may be paid the same rate of pay that he or she held at the time of separation, provided separation was no discredit to the employee and was not for disciplinary reasons.
